There is a one-time deposit required for all rentals that is deducted directly from your final cost. This deposit is required at the time of reservation confirmation, while the remaining balance can be paid anytime prior to setup. A refund is available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of event date. You will also be asked to sign a waiver releasing us from all legal liability in regards to the hosting of your event.
